Liquid residue incineration

The entire chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry produces huge amounts of liquid residues that can be thermally recycled. In response to the principle of zero waste emission, these are increasingly being converted into thermal energy directly where they are produced. This is usually done in adiabatic combustion chamber systems with subsequent waste heat utilisation. Industrial parks also have special hazardous waste incineration plants, operated by globally active waste management companies, in which both liquid and solid waste is incinerated.

For these incineration plants, it is important for the operators to have robust burners and atomising nozzles that are safe to operate. CS has supplied more than 200 burner systems for such incinerators worldwide and is in some cases the exclusive equipment supplier to some of the largest operating companies in this segment. Outstanding advantages of the new patented JULIP ultrasonic atomising nozzles, allow operators to burn liquids with very high viscosities but also solids sizes down to 10mm without blockages and with minimal treatment effort. In combination with the robust and easily adjustable burner systems, as well as blockage-proof measuring and control devices, these burners represent the backbone of the disposal industry worldwide.

Waste water incineration

The employees of CS have been dealing with the incineration of contaminated and fuel-loaded waste water for decades. We are happy to take over the planning and design of your waste water incineration and advise you on the combustion chamber geometry, the best position for the injection of the waste water and the division of the temperature zones in the combustion chamber in order to achieve optimum incineration with minimum emission pollution. We are also available as a competent partner and consultant for the optimisation and improvement of your existing incineration system.
